When you arrive in New York City, you should come to the school on your first day of class (Monday). Earlier is also ok. You should arrive one hour before your class starts. If your class starts at 10 am, please come at 9 am. If your class starts at 11:45 am, please arrive at 10:45 am. We will review your registration information and ask you for original copies of your documents, if necessary.

If you have an F-1 visa, bring your:

• passport
• I-94 card (they will give you this at the airport)
• I-20
• original bank statement/letter
• original Affidavit of Support (if necessary)
• health insurance

You will then take a placement test (grammar and speaking) to decide your level. You will buy a book for your grammar class (usually between $15 and $30). You will then start class! On Tuesday, you must attend student orientation, a meeting for new students. We look forward to meeting you!
