| Kathleen came into teaching with a background in business but her desire to experience other cultures led her to teaching. After spending several years traveling and teaching in Spain and South Korea, she returned to New York and decided to continue her career in ESL because she loved teaching. She describes her teaching style as very student centered. In her Business English classes she always finds ways for her students to practice their skills in the real world. She has introduced them to entrepreneurs and organized task centered visits to New York City corporations. Kathleen feels that the best part about living in New York City is that there are always new doors opening and new worlds to explore. |
