This student residence is conveniently located in one of New York City’s most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods: the Lower East Side. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars and clubs, this residence has been recently renovated for student housing. Both the single and double rooms have one bunk bed, and the quad room has two bunk beds. It is a 30-35 minute commute to Manhattan Language. Amenities include wifi, a shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms, security inside and outside of the building, a roofdeck, a back patio, and daily housekeeping as well as fresh linens and towels.
